Orders

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is at 20 identical boxes with the same combination of ingredients. If you need to vary from this, let's chat and see what we can do for you. 

Is there a bulk discount?

For 60 boxes and above, we can make arrangements. However, as our materials and ingredients are nothing short of premium, please do not expect massive discounts. 

How long in advance should I place my order?

At least 2 weeks in advance. Please try to place it as early as you can. Given your EDD, we can already start planning the details of your packages. We can confirm the exact celebration date when your baby is born. Giving us ample time will allow us to ensure a seamless and fulfilling order. 

If you need these boxes in less than 2 weeks, we will still try to make it happen but in some cases, depending on the level of customisation, there may be requests we cannot adhere to or there may be additional charges incurred. Seek your kind understanding there. 

Is there a strict food combination that I must follow?

No, there isn't. You can mix and match it however you like. If there are any items you'd like to have that is not on our options list, please let us know, we will try our best to fulfil it for you.

Food

Is your food halal-certified?

No, food items are not halal certified unless otherwise stated. It can be arranged upon request. 

How long can food be kept?

All food items are freshly baked or made on the same day hence it is highly recommended for you to consume it on the day itself

Do we need to refrigerate food items upon receiving them?

If it is not being consumed on the same day, yes please store it in the fridge for the next day. For items like glutinous rice and ang ku kueh/ang ee, you can steam it for 5-10 minutes before consuming. For pastries like tarts and cakes, you can eat it straight after removing from fridge- no thawing needed 

Do you make the food yourself?

No, at bébébox, our forte is in beautifying and customising the ideal celebration package for you. All our food items are outsourced from only the best bakers and kueh makers who produce their food in licensed kitchen settings. We currently do not order from home bakers unless you specifically request for us to. 

Packaging

Do prices vary depending on the type of packaging that we choose?

We try our best to stick to the quoted pricing no matter the kind of box that you choose. However, if it is outside of what we have to offer, additional charges may incur. We will try our best to avoid that 

Delivery & Collection

How is delivery charged?

1-2 locations: FOC 

3-20 locations: additional SGD 10/location

21-40 locations: SGD 8/location

41 locations onwards: SGD 6/location

Do you provide free delivery?

Only for up to 2 locations as we can carry this out internally. As celebration packages are usually sent to family and friends countrywide, we engage a 3rd party specialised cake courier to deliver the packages hence we cannot afford to provide free deliver, seek your kind understanding on this. 

Can I do self-collection?

Yes, you are most welcome to! We are located at Serangoon North.
